Let’s Try Using It!

This function is for those looking real estate investment(investment condominium）. By setting your preferred conditions in the “🔍 Search for Properties” section, you will receive the latest property information. Every morning, AI will check property information in the Tokyo、Chiba, Saitama, Kanagawa area on your behalf at 9 AM. Get the best deals and properties with price reductions quickly, and enhance your asset management!

There are to search for properties:

1. “+ Add Condition” – You can create conditions that are emailed to you every morning. You can save up to five of your preferred conditions.
2. “Search by Preferred Conditions” – Search through about 10,000 property listings with your desired conditions.

How to Search for Properties Using “+ Add Condition”

1.First, press the “+ Add Condition” button.

Once you create these conditions, you will start receiving property information every morning (the delivery frequency can be changed). Enter your desired property conditions such as area, price, and layout. You can save up to five favorite conditions.

2.Next, select your desired conditions.

Pro Tip: If your conditions are too strict, the AI may have fewer property suggestions. It’s recommended to set slightly more flexible conditions for better results.

Once you’ve completed the condition settings, a list of second-hand apartments that match your criteria will be displayed.

How to Search Using “Search by Preferred Conditions”

1. First, press the “Search by Preferred Conditions” button.
2. Then, select your desired conditions.

By pressing “View Search Results,” a list of properties that match your criteria will be displayed.

❤️ Favorites

When you mark a property you’re interested in, it will be saved for easy access later. This is helpful for comparing or reviewing properties.

By pressing the ♡ heart button on the lower right corner of the property card, you can review it later.

In the “Favorites” section, you can see a summary of all the properties you’ve liked. To remove a property from your favorites, simply press the button again.

Try Using Convenient Features!

When you open the home screen, a list of popular new properties will appear on the right-hand side. You will see a categorized list of rankings, including the favorite properties, price-reduction rankings, properties priced below estimated market value, properties with positive AI-estimated cash flow (CF), properties that are easy to get full loans for, and properties with an estimated yield of 5% or higher.

This section shows a list of properties that have had price reductions. You can view the difference between the original listing price and the current sale price. It’s interesting to see the price reduction rates.

<Properties Priced Below Estimated Market Value>

This section displays properties priced lower than the market value estimated by AI, allowing you to discover great deals.

<Properties with an Estimated Yield of 5% or Higher>

For those looking for properties with a high yield, please check this section. The estimated yield is calculated using the AI-estimated rental income.
